Tom has won 42 awards for podcast hosting and producing podcasts. He is also an award-winning blogger, having posted the FCPA Compliance and Ethics Report daily since 2010.

Tom is also a best-selling author, having written 38 books in the areas of compliance, risk management, business ethics and leadership. His latest book Upping Your Game leads the discussion on the intersection of compliance, fraud prevention and risk management into 2030 and beyond.
