Financial journalist, editor, author, documentary filmaker and educationalistlist.

I am a financial/business investigative journalist/editor with many years of experience in the print and online media, working in the UK and Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Pacific. I have written investigative articles, White Papers, management reports, opinion pieces, website copy, and books. I combine editorial integrity with commercial flair, and I can build strong relationships with sales and marketing as well as with sponsors.
In the UK, where I lived and worked for 17.5 years, I wrote and edited magazines for Euromoney Institutional Investor plc, The Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB) (now the Institute of Financial Services), The Financial Times, The Banker, and technology yearbooks. I have also written White Papers on topics such as knowledge management, shareholder value, technology in financial services and the impact on financial services companies of capital ratios and Basel.
In the Middle East, I wrote for Khaleej Times, Total, Mergermarket (part of the FT group), FDI Magazine, The Banker, and The Financial Times as well as writing White Papers for Wharton Business School and Amwal Al Khaleej (Saudi Arabia). In Asia (Vietnam, China, Singapore) and Australasia (New Zealand and Australia) I have written for Private Equity International; MLex; Newsmodo; and FDI magazine.

I lived in Vietnam teaching English in 2019. An online Business English course and book are now available- www.learnbusinessenglish.net. I have also launched a media company (the website was hacked yesterday) and am now in the throes of launching a podcast. I have also developed a media tech platform for which I am continuing to seek investment. I have co-written a best-selling book: "SeniorITy: how AI and tech enhance senior living."
